For this reason, our company staff is always willing to serve you better before each order, otherwise return of products for the above reasons are not accepted.
In case the product is damaged, it will be sent upon request, to the agency or to our company's headquarters, to repair the damage or replace the product if it is deemed necessary by our technicians.
For any other case of return, please contact us beforehand within a period of no more than 3 calendar days after the issue of the delivery note or invoice (otherwise returns are not accepted), so that we can refund you the money corresponding to the net value of your order, not including the costs of handling it. (e.g. such as packaging, shipping costs, surcharge for cash on delivery and return).
In any case if the products are not returned to our headquarters within 10 days, then GREEK NECTAR may not accept any return and replacement.
In any case, returns are accepted only upon request and must be returned in perfect condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be that which normally accompanies the product and in perfect condition. In the case of unopened packaging, the return will not be accepted and the product will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
In addition, in all cases, the product to be replaced/repaired must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g., DAT, Retailer's receipt, etc.).
Refunds are made within 30 days from the return and receipt of the products by us. To refund your money you must indicate to us the account to which you want the deposit to be made.

Order cancellation
Our company has a mechanism for cancelling a single online order (in whole or in part) that has already been entered in the online store. For any cancellation of an order (total or partial) until the end of the order day, with your details and order number, you should send an e-mail to info@greeknectar.gr and one of our associates will take care of the cancellation.
